About Stock Boy Chicago and the owner
Established in 2021, Stock Boy Chicago is a Black owned fashion-house founded by Jasir Bailey Inspired by himself from his first job and last job working as a backroom Stock Boy at one of the biggest shoes stores in chicago "Succezz the store". The brand started when Jasir decided to make his first shirt in 2020 making a Rap Tee of an artist that goes by the name of Lucki. From then Jasir continued making rap tees and Stock Boy clothing. Jasir went on to naming the brand StockBoy as a representation of always showing where one comes from.
"When I started interning at the store I always looked at my role as unimportant but the owner which I consider a mentor and uncle Lavell Sykes would always tell me that the "StockBoy" role is where everyone in the store started even him and to know that everybody has to start from somewhere so from always hearing that from him it only felt natural to name the brand from what I knew.

Why are the prices so cheap for certain products?
Growing up in Chicago I never had the money to afford expensive clothes until I got to a certain age where I had my own job and could buy what I want. I always wished there were brands that had affordable prices and good clothes. I carry that same ideology to this day and always try to release clothes here and there that almost anyone can afford.
What else do you do besides clothes?
"Other than clothes I run a manufacturing business and I help out other Chicago creatives and other companies with bringing their clothing ideas to life. I do direct to garment printing also known as "DTG". I also enjoy throwing parties and social events in Chicago. I started throwing parties with "Grouphome" a group consisting of me and my friends Cohen and Alex also known as "menace". Menace wanted to learn how to Dj and throw parties so I tagged along in the journey. We threw a few parties in 2022 and have been throwing the best youth parties in Chicago hands down.

More about StockBoy
Originally I first started by only doing Rap Tees because that is what I liked but it then started going more in the direction of branded clothes. I am currently still putting out rap tees and other rap tees but slowly starting to put out more StockBoy branded clothing. Right now the mission is to increase the quality in my clothing by offering higher quality garments and higher quality production.
All clothes are made by me with a dtg machine, no clothes on the website are outsourced when pertaining to printing and manufacturing.
